Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment for any changes or cancellations. Patients who miss a scheduled appointment or fail to provide proper notice will be responsible for a $75 office visit charge. This charge cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid on or before your next scheduled appointment.
(Monday appointments must be canceled by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the preceding Friday.)
